Email Signatures/Footers

All staff at St Dunstan's have a footer automatically attached to their external emails and they can set their own signature, an example of this can be seen below:

The green section is set for you and any changes to this need to be made by the People Operation team, the section in yellow is an email signature set in Outlook online and can be set by you.

Head to https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/mail/messageContent and setup a signature here, it only needs to have your sign off and preferred name, the 2 lines in yellow above.
