Requesting Holiday

Introduction

Please note: Access HR is support by the PO Department. Any issues with this system must be reported to PO by emailing them on po.servicedesk@stdunstans.org.uk

Steps

1. From your Access HR dashboard, click on your name in the top right-hand corner, hover the cursor over “Menu Sets” and select “Self Service



2. In the left-hand menu, select “Absence” and then select “Request Holiday


3. In the “Holiday Details” page, fill in “Absence Start Date”, “Absence End Date”, “Full or Part Days?” and any “Request Notes” and then select “Save & Continue

Please note: The absence start and absence end dates are included in the holiday request.

Your holiday request will now be sent to your line manager for approval.
